ICL Group Is in the Top 10 IT Vendors in Retail
The Cnews analytical center has ranked Russia’s largest IT vendors in retail. At the end of 2021, ICL Group entered the top ten, thus improving its position in relation to the previous year. The company’s total revenue from retail projects in 2021 amounted to more than 2.5 billion rubles.

We have collected the best practices and industry knowledge that help our clients — retail chains — to constantly improve their operational efficiency,» says Sergei Solovyov, deputy CEO of ICL Group. "We support our customers in many areas, from the service maintenance of store infrastructure, the production and implementation of hardware and software self-service structures to the development and then comprehensive support of retail information systems. We aim to help our clients grow and drive the world of digital transformation. For instance, by taking over the technical support and maintenance of the cash register equipment of the Karusel hypermarkets chain, we freed up a lot of the customer’s time and budget for further development of the network in Russia. All problems with technical equipment in stores are no longer critical to business and are fixed by our engineers within 48 hours.
Other major retail customers of ICL Group include Ozon, Auchan, Leroy Merlin, and the Halva postamat network.
