A solution for remote monitoring and control of irrigation systems has been developed
ICL Services specialists have developed a hardware and software package for remote monitoring and control of irrigation systems. In the monitoring application, users have full control over the state of the equipment, remote equipment configuration, and management. The solution is based on the IoT platform of our own design — the ICL IoT Platform.
The software-hardware complex (SHC) was commissioned by the Kazan Irrigation Equipment Plant and was highly appreciated at the International Agroindustrial Exhibition Agrovolga 2022.
The SHC includes a hardware monitoring and control module based on an industrial controller with a hybrid wireless data transmission channel, as well as software in the form of a web application, which is available to both the plant and the end user to monitor and control irrigation plants.

"In the monitoring app, you can find out how much of the planned irrigation has already been done, collect data on water pressure in the supply line, adjust the type of crop, and more. Specialists have as much information as possible to make irrigation decisions," explains Ilya Apollonov, head of ICL Services' IoT solution development group. "The software-hardware complex was developed and has already been released in a pilot batch. At the moment, we plan to set up a serial production of products, as well as their implementation."
