Meeting of the 4CIO Club. Device for Field Employees

ICL Services will participate in the meeting of the club 4CIO "Device for field specialist"

On January 30, 2018, ICL Services will participate in the 4CIO Club meeting dedicated to devices for field employees.

Mobile devices are increasingly being used to improve the productivity of field employees. Unfortunately, there are more and more companies in the market which claim that they have not succeeded in getting the expected effect from using the devices for employees.

If we try to distribute the reasons for failures in the use of mobile devices into several groups, then we get a rather expected set of such reasons:

And the possible problems can be caused both by the main device and by its peripheral devices.

During the meeting, participants will discuss how to ensure the successful use of mobile devices by field employees.

Dmitry Panfilov, Head of Services and Technical Support unit, ICL Services, will take part in the meeting on behalf of the Company and present a report titled "Comprehensive field service and the role of mobile devices in it."
