International Summit BRICS+ Business Services 2016

Moscow to host BRICS+ BUSINESS SERVICES 2016 — the leading international event in the field of business services, sourcing and management
Recognized international and Russian experts will share best practices to optimize the enterprise expenses and use service innovations, will discuss approaches to reduce the business risk in the current economic situation. This year the summit will become a business platform for head managers of government agencies, corporate executives and service professionals from various industries and countries of BRICS+ having similar tasks and challenges.
The summit is organized by the Association of strategic outsourcing ASTRA with support from the software developers association RUSSOFT.
The main topic of the summit will be the innovation in services and outsourcing, including:
- issues of service integration and multi-sourcing,
- development of digital services,
- social outsourcing and creation of international service chains,
- Internet of Things transforming traditional industries into service ones,
- customer experience in the service and outsourcing industry.
Russian and international service customers will share cases of formation and development of outsourcing relations.
The third meeting of the leaders of the BRICS+ national service associations and the establishment of the GSSI (Global Sourcing Silkway Initiative) will become one of the items of agenda. During the summit, its participants will discuss the opportunities for collaboration and cooperation of BRICS+ countries on the global market of services and outsourcing, import substitution policy and support for national service industries and service export.
