ICT in fuel and energy complex 2015
Soon GIS TEK (State Fuel and Energy Complex Information System) will become a universal platform for storage, aggregation and forecasting of information on the state of Russian fuel and energy complex. What does the market expect from this system?
Trial operation of some segments of the State Fuel and Energy Complex Information System should start in mid-2015, according to the plans of the Ministry of Energy of Russia. Commercial operation of an integration segment is planned for October, industry segments of GIS TEK will start to operate by the end of 2015.
GIS TEK will become a universal platform for storage, aggregation and forecasting of information on the state of Russian fuel and energy complex. Its creation will affect absolutely all companies that operate in the energy market, since they not only will have to submit their own data but will receive analytics and forecast of the industry.
