With the support of our founding members, global partners, Regional Advisory Boards, and European and Eastern European chapters, IAOP is pleased to announce its return to Europe for the fourth European Outsourcing Summit taking place on 18-20 October at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel in Frankfurt, Germany.
First produced in 1998, the Outsourcing World Summit Conference Series has been held more than 30 times on five continents and is renowned for the quality of its speakers and the depth and breadth of its educational programs.
The Summit is keynoted by top business, academic and government leaders, and complemented by in-depth breakout sessions, case studies and workshops.

Ruslan was hired in the ICL Group in 1999 as a software engineer of the 2nd class. Since 2008 he has been Executive Director. Ruslan made a special contribution to the development of ICL Services: he engaged in the formation of the portfolio of services, as well as the development of methodology to reduce costs and increase the competitive ability of the company for the global customers. To date more than 50 international companies are permanent customers of our company.
Achievements: High organizational skills and professionalism helped to create a powerful organization (ICL Services), which currently employs more than 700 workers.
Certificates: ITIL Foundation, Prince 2 Foundation. Has a Diploma of the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan (2008).
Hobby: Reading books, swimming.

EUGENY FRIDLAND

EUGENY FRIDLAND
Head of Commercial ServicesExpert in ITSM, Governance, Service delivery, Service Design, Bid Management issues
He joined the company in 2008. Eugeny started with the position of the Head of the Group of System Engineers. Participated in the project team for the company’s certification according to the standard ISO27001.Currently manages a project on standardization of IT infrastructure support (Remote Infrastructure Management) for a number of international centers providing remote services with a total staff of more than 2,000 people.
Achievement: Team.
Certificates: Diploma of the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Tatarstan for his great contribution to the development and improvement of the sector of information and communication in the Republic.
Hobbies, interests: Snowboarding, swimming.
