ICL Services not only provides software and hardware testing services, but also trains test engineers for over 10 years. The first testing school for trainees opened in 2009, and company test engineers teach at Kazan Federal University. In cases when the Customer needs outsourced test engineers, ICL Services may offer to train them at home and relocate the ready-to-work team to the Customer on full-time basis.

- ICL Services HR specialists invited 50 people for an interview and selected 20 of them for an internship. During a month they underwent intensive training: they examined various types of testing, methodologies, dealt with Selenium and C #, learned to develop test cases, describe the errors found, and also received basic knowledge on system administration and working with databases.
Experienced ICL Services test engineers delivered lectures, checked tasks, gave comments, answered questions from interns, and prepared them for interviews with the employer.
Results
- After a month of training, the bank hired 10 people. Leading ICL Services specialists continued to check the results of the interns work and support them, advising the Customer on testing processes, tools and automated tests. The customer was satisfied with the quality of test engineers training and the interaction with ICL Services.
