ICL Services expert wins the leaders of Russia contest
300 professionals from all over Russia took part in the super final. 106 experts from 32 regions were declared winners. All will be mentored by top business and public administration leaders, including the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Also, the finalists will be awarded grants of 1 million rubles, which they will be able to spend on the improvement of their qualifications in the best higher educational institutions of Russia. An equal prize is approved by the Tatarstan government for the winners who represent the republic.
«In the super final you have no room for error, no chance to start from scratch, to change the team or the direction of thought. But the end justifies the means. We had a unique chance to compete in management skills with the best professionals in the country from completely different fields, with different experience and knowledge base. And we did it», says Timur Kaidanny.
The «Leaders of Russia» contest is held annually by the autonomous non-profit organization «Russia — Land of Opportunity» with the aim of identifying, developing and supporting promising leaders who have a high level of leadership and managerial skills. Candidates go through 4 stages, participating in online tests, conferences and case competitions.
