      Responsibility:

      1. - Customer’s infrastructure support in the Microsoft SharePoint direction on 3 line;
      2. - Solve difficult technical problems connected with functioning of a platform;
      3. - System performance monitoring;
      4. - Participation in plan development and process of migration from older SharePoint versions on new;
      5. - Preparation of documentation for implementation of changes in IT infrastructure;
      6. - Fulfillment of requirements of operational KPI;
      7. - Designing of infrastructure of SharePoint under various tasks and requirements of customers;
      8. - Creation of plans of recovery of infrastructure after failures;
      9. - Creation of failure-safe infrastructure;
      10. - Time estimate and labor costs on development and deployment of decisions based on SharePoint.

      Requirements:

      1. - The work experience at least three years as the administrator of systems based on the SharePoint 2010/2013 platform, participation is at least, than in one project of implementation/completion/support of systems on the SharePoint 2010/2013 platform as the engineer
      2. - Knowledge of standard opportunities of the SharePoint 2010/2013 platform, including creation and editing libraries of documents and lists, creation and editing representations, setup of access rights, etc.;
      3. - Understanding of hierarchy of entities of SharePoint (collections of the websites, nodes, lists/library, records, etc.);
      4. - Understanding of features of model of safety of SharePoint;
      5. - Will be a benefit: Experience of setup of the SharePoint services (service of search, service of profiles, service of metadata, etc.) search; Knowledge of architecture of the SharePoint 2010/2013 platform;
      6. - Skills on administration of MS SQL Server (2008/2012/2014)
      7. - English: Intermediate and higher (to use it as a main business language)
      8. - Understanding of business needs
      9. - Independence, learning ability, desire to work, drive for results.

      Professional Requirements: :

      • 3+ years’ experience with Windows Server and Windows Client solutions both on-premise and/or in public and private clouds;
      • 3+ years’ experience building and maintaining system automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages;
      • Deep knowledge and experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, System Center, WSUS;
      • Deep knowledge and experience with Exchange/Office365 deployments and administration including EMS. (migration experience from on-prem to cloud is considered a plus) ;
      • Experience working in cloud systems and virtual machine environments (Azure, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V);
      • Experience with IT networking concepts;
      • Experience with monitoring tools;
      • Documentation skills using tools like Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel;
      • Written and verbal English communications skills;
      • Unwavering operational focus to provide excellent service to our customers;
      • Knowledge of ITIL.

      Your role will include: :

      • Providing support for Corporate IT and Digital Workplace Infrastructure, both on-prem and in cloud;
      • Developing scripts and utilizing industry standard tools for Windows system automation using PowerShell and/or other scripting languages;
      • Implementation and administration of large-scale Exchange/O365 solutions, including cloud migration tasks;
      • Performing hands-on server and client infrastructure support in large enterprise environments;
      • Designing and deploying systems with automation for security, scalability, reliability, and performance;
      • System administration, OS patching, supporting upgrades and resolution of incidents and problems according to the designed SLA;
      • Service monitoring and response to the incidents 24x7 according to the passive on-call schedule;
      • Suggesting and ensuring high security standards are implemented in the Corporate IT Infrastructure;
      • Creating and automating deployment of standard images for server and client infrastructure;
      • Software deployment for server and client infrastructure;
      • Creating and changing the documentation for Corporate IT Infrastructure, including processes and procedures;
      • Collaborating with other teams to plan Windows automation strategies for implementing new systems and services;
      • Other duties delegated by the team leader.

      Requirements:

      1. -Professional education and certification – ICL genuinely values its employees and works continually on knowledge improvement across the business spectrum;
      2. -At least 5 years of experience in IT administration;
      3. -English: Intermediate (writing and speaking);
      4. -ITIL methodology knowledge;
      5. -Core requirement is practical experience of leading mid to large scale transformations concerning VDI and Terminal Services solutions – Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix Virtual Apps/Virtual Desktops, VMware Horizon, Microsoft VDI, Citrix Cloud;
      6. -Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows 10, VmWare Workspace One is a big plus;
      7. -Advanced knowledge on Microsoft products: Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, PKI;
      8. -Solid knowledge of Server Virtualization solutions (VMware ESX(i) (preferred), Hyper-V, XenServer);
      9. -Solid understanding of networking: OSI, TCP/IP, VPN, , Vlan, WAN, LAN, Ethernet, Load Balancing;
      10. -Basic Understanding of the Database Solutions: Microsoft SQL (preferred), Oracle, MySql;
      11. -Desirable – Good Knowledge of Configuration Management Tools: SCCM (preferred), Altiris, Ivanti EPM, CA;
      12. -A candidate should be able to mix both bird view on virtualized solutions and performing a deep dive into low level details;
      13. -Experience in presales, customer consultancy and business development of any kind is a plus;
      14. -Advanced scripting skills and proven automation experience is a big plus (Powershell or other)

      Professional Requirements:

      Core

      1. -At least 5 years of experience in IT workspace administration;
      2. -English: Intermediate (writing and speaking) to upper intermediate;
      3. -Expert level knowledge and experience technically leading large scale transformations of the customer environments to Microsoft 365;
      4. -Windows 10;
      5. Windows as a Service;
      6. Office 365 (including ProPlus client suite);
      7. Intune EM+S (including security features – AIP, ATA, MFA, Cloud App Security etc.) ;
      8. Teams;
      9. Hybrid and on-premise Exchange, Sharepoint and SfB solutions;
      10. -Mid to complex solution designing and other technical documentation writing skills with little or no supervision;
      11. -Combining both bird view on all Microsoft 365 services and their interconnections yet able to do technical deep dive in each of the service;
      12. -Good soft skills, team player, result driven and client oriented, self-motivated by challenging projects;
      13. -Quick learner;
      14. -Excellent team working balanced with independence in problem determination, good presentation skills;
      15. -Experience in leading or being involved deeply in Windows 10 or Office 365 migration projects is mandatory;
      16. -Experience in leading or being involved deeply in Cloud Managed Workplace (Intune managed Windows 10, MAC devices, Android/iOS mobiles) is desired and a big plus.

      Background

      1. -Experience and proven records of success in upsell, presell new services and projects to customers is a plus;
      2. -Automation skills, preferably for activities like user data backup & restore, automating post deployment actions etc;
      3. -Good knowledge and preferably experience in managing SCCM enterprise management solution;
