With more than 70 years’ experience of working, one of the largest Russian manufacturer of mining equipment for underground exploitation of coal, potash ore and rock salt which manufactures and supplies to the customers over 50 types of mining and mineral-processing equipment, driving machines, loaders, drill loaders and shearers, heading-and-winning machines, self-propelled drilling rigs, mineral-processing equipment and general machinery products.
Customer had an in-house built ERP application to support their business needs. However, due to recent growth of the business, the number of the products, services and customers had rapidly increased. It became clear that the legacy systems would be no longer capable of meeting the requirements.
