Professional Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT administration
• English: Advanced level (writing and speaking)
• Good knowledge and practical experience in Wintel area: client and server OS Windows (7/8/10, 2003/2008/2012/2016), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS, PKI;
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, VPN, vLan, WAN, LAN, Ethernet, Load Balancing;
• Practical knowledge of Hypervisor solutions (VMware, Hyper-V, XenServer, …);
• Understanding of the DB: Microsoft SQL, Oracle; Focus area Office 365
• Good knowledge in networking area: TCP/IP, VPN, vLan, WAN, LAN, Ethernet, Load Balancing;
• Mandatory to have a practical experience in Exchange-based messaging services (Exchange 2007 and higher, Exchange Online): recipient management, e-mail transport management, e-mail hygiene management, client access, database management (mailbox databases, Database Availability Groups), Exchange federation. Experience with exchange migrations will be a plus;
• Good knowledge in Azure AD Identity Management: Azure Active Directory Connect, Identity Provisioning, Identity synchronization, Active Directory Federation Service;
• Practical Knowledge in SharePoint Server\SharePoint Online, Skype for Business Server\Skype for Business Online will be a plus;
• Desirable to have practical experience with Azure AD, Microsoft EM+S, Microsoft Intune. Minimum requirement is to have a basic understanding of the main components and features;

Additional;

• Nice to have working experience in the following streams except EMM:Enterprise Management, Client OS Image Management, VDI (Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, VmWare View, Microsoft RDS/VDI), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, Sharepoint, Office 365 – a big plus), SAM (Snow Device Management, Snow License Manager, Flexera License Management and others), Security (Antivirus, Information Protection, Identity & Access Management);

Requirements:

• Working experience with IT infrastructure projects and/or T&T (Transition and Transformation) type of projects
• Working experience or good awareness of PMBoK and/or PRINCE2 methodologies
• Working experience or knowledge of ITIL
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project or similar)
• University degree: preferably technical or management department
• English Language: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Knowledge of other EU languages will be a plus
• Working in international IT outsourcing companies or projects – will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Manages medium and complex IT infrastructure/T&T projects in accordance to the project management methodology
• Focuses on Customer requirements and improves customer satisfaction through project product delivery
• Creates project proposal including scope, cost and timeframe calculations, acceptance criteria, initial risks, etc
• Prepares project schedule including identification of stages, milestones and deliverables of project
• Manages risks and issues of the projects
• Coordinates the work of all project participants within the project
