ICL Services was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 listing according to IAOP

For the second year in a row, ICL Services, one of Russia's largest providers of IT outsourcing services, was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 listing, which is published each year by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals  (IAOP).

It is noted that The Global Outsourcing 100 has been formed by an independent panel of IAOP judges for as long as 12 years. The study was conducted according to a strict ranking methodology with the use of independent feedback from key accounts who have extensive experience in the selection of outsourcing providers and advisors for their organizations. 

"The fact that ICL Services appeared in this prestigious international ranking again confirms our competence in providing high-quality services to our customers," Sergei Solovyov, the director of ICL Services, commented on the award. "Our company has successfully adapted to the era of rapidly developing technologies and to the personal needs of our customers, so we are proud to be included into a rating of companies which are innovative and customer-oriented."

ICL Services received its honorary stars for the first time in 2016, in the categories "customer feedback", "achievements in innovation" and "corporate social responsibility".
